• Use URL shorteners (bit.ly, tinyurl, etc.) to hide your final destination.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to give high-fives.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent cooldowns.
• Attempt to manipulate the ranking system.
• Use ad blockers while using the service.

4. Content moderation

All submitted links go through moderation before appearing on the site. We reserve the right to reject or remove any link without notice.

5. Account termination

We may ban any user or IP address that violates these terms, without notice or refund.

6. Disclaimer

Take5 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any amount of traffic to your link.

7. Limitation of liability

Take5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes
